The Victoria Hotel Manchester By Compass Hospitality, Oldham

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, warm, and welcoming with comfortable beds and lovely complimentary toiletries. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and competent. However, there were occasional noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. The hotel surpassed my expectations in many ways.

The hotel room had some issues like the shower door hitting the toilet basin and being cramped. There were also disappointments with the poor dinner food and the unfulfilled request for tea and milk. However, the room setup with a double bed and two singles was suitable for families. The room had a damp smell and a large damp patch on the ceiling, which was off-putting.

My stay at the hotel was mixed; the rooms, although spacious and clean, lacked proper ventilation which made the initial assignment uncomfortable due to the heat and lack of air conditioning. The service, on the other hand, was excellent with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was convenient for my plans, and the dining experience, while good overall, had some issues with food presentation. Facilities were decent, but not exceptional.
